Event Timing

May 7th and May 8th: Majority of guests arrive

May 8th, 7:00PM-10:00PM: Optional Welcome Dinner

May 9th, 5:30PM-11:00PM: Ceremony and Reception

May 10th, 9:30AM: Meet at Azul Restaurant for optional/non-organized breakfast

Important Detail

  • Transportation: Please call or email the travel agents your flight itinerary ASAP so they can organize your included ground transportation.  They need this information in the next couple days.
  • Dinner Reservations: The Welcome Dinner and Wedding Reception will have set menus. If you have one or more free nights, reservations are highly recommended. If you had to choose one restaurant, we highly recommend the French restaurant, Piaf.
  • Attire:
    • Wedding:  We are calling for cocktail attire as we want everyone to look nice. The wedding and reception will be outside in warm and humid weather, so sport coats and ties are not recommended. Men can wear nice pants with long sleeve shirts.  Women can wear dresses or fancy pant outfits.
    • Welcome Dinner: The suggested attire for the Friday night welcome dinner at Frida is dressy casual. Jeans are perfectly fine.
  • Insurance: Health insurance companies typically do not cover international travel. You can buy international insurance through someone like USAA, or ask the travel agents.
